Delayed analytics and Event-based Smart Flows

Delayed events have been processed for the Analytics section of our dashboard.

All delayed events have been processed triggering corresponding Smart Flows. We are starting to process events for the analytics section of the Dashboard.

We are slowly reprocessing all delayed events and Event-based Smart Flows are being triggered. It will take about 1-2 hours until all events are processed. We will continue then with reprocessing events for the analytics section in our Dashboard.

Event-based Smart Flows have started to process new incoming analytics events and we are still working on recovering delayed ones.

We have been affected by the AWS outage that started last night, causing delays and issues on our analytics visible in the Dashboard and the processing of Event-Based Smart Flows.
We are still working to resolve this as soon as possible and re-process all the missing events.
