Degraded service


All of our database instances for Community features have been brought back online and timeouts are not visible anymore. If you are still having issues, please contact support through the Dashboard.


We have identified the root cause of the timeouts and we are working in bringing all of the databases instances back online. Community features timeouts have decreased significantly however they are still occurring for some customers. We will keep monitoring until the issue is resolved.


We are investigating intermittent timeouts in one of our databases affecting Community services in the Dashboard, APIs and SDKs at the moment. We are working to solve the issue as soon as possible.
