Graph DB increased latency

Endpoints latency went back to normal values. This issue has been resolved.

All Graph DB cluster nodes are operational and latency has decreased to normal values. We will keep monitoring.

We have identified a problem in one of Graph DB cluster node and performing manual tasks to recover it.

We are seeing an increase in latency on Community features and currently working on finding the root cause. We will update once we have more details.
